**Absolutely Vital and Unique Fanfic Information**

This is an archive of fanfiction stories, some of which are dark-themed and angsty. They are mostly of the yaoi/slash type, that is to say- same sex male relationships which may or may not include *care to guess?* SEX. If you no like, then no read, right?

We sometimes torment Elves, Hobbits and Cloud Strife terribly. A couple stories are comedy and there’s fluff, too. But be warned!! Please read the warnings at the top of  each of the stories and if they don’t bother you…please read on and hopefully enjoy! If they bother you and you read anyway…we are not responsible for any emotion trauma, tears, squicking, cursing or shaking head with disgust type of behavior that you brought on yourself!

We do not own any of these characters, they are products of other people’s minds and don’t exist in real time. Although fans constantly try to shower us with money, expensive gifts and garish praise for writing these tales, we do not nor will we ever accept any. (well, okay, praise would be nice)

One more thing – much of what we write is NOT for children to read. Under-agers are not welcome, sorry, but that’s the law. Maturity level is not taken under consideration, meaning that if you are under eighteen, or whatever age is legally adult where you live, click on out now. If you read here, by the act alone of going further than this page, you are swearing as fact that you are eighteen or older.

To Archive or Not to

There are certainly sites already up for dark, angsty slash fan fiction.  But as time goes by, and interest wanes, many smaller sites go down and many stories get lost. On large sites, there is a complete lack of quality control, and although the Mary Sue leet speak version of a twelve year old’s latest media crush holds a certain train wreck fascination, if you read one, you’ve read all of ‘em.

 So, we are searching out the basically well-written, spell-checked, punctuation and grammar intact amongst them to collect here. In some cases, these guest authors have written many stories, or have their own websites. We will only archive one, our favorite, with a link to the rest. Please take a minute to email and let them know you enjoyed their work, and please take a look at some of their other stories!

If you find your story here, and wish for it not to be, please let us know and we will immediately remove it.  If you want other information posted with it, let us know that, too.  Also, if anyone could steer us in the direction of other stories that we should archive, please speak up! Perhaps you’ve written one? Maybe you don’t want ‘that one’ near your more socially acceptable stuff where your spouse or your mother (ekk) could read it? Give us a shout.

Story Summaries

Lord of the Rings

Decisions: All it might take is one small decision to change the entire fate of Middle Earth. Sam and Frodo are about to find that out.

Resolutions: A continuation of Decisions. There’s a new threat to Middle Earth. Although Frodo knows what to do now, his memories of a future and a romance that are not to be- changed for the good of everyone- will haunt him. His obsession with a certain Elf might be his downfall.

Choices: A continuation of Resolutions. Now there’s Saruman and Beorns to deal with.  Could it bring two from very different worlds together?

The Void: Aragorn and Legolas find each other in the chaos Middle Earth has become. Driven by guilt over their failure, they attempt to reunite the Fellowship- hoping beyond hope to defeat Sauron this time. Aragorn’s heart is torn… can he love two Elves?

One Night, A Lifetime: A short angsty Sam/Frodo romance… written originally for the Hobbitsmut website, but it was closed.  Sam made a promise he intends to keep.

Lessons: An AU of a twisted mind. The One Ring can’t damage Frodo any more than he already is.

Waiting Around: LotR characters sitting around waiting to appear in a story. What would they talk about? Humor attempt.

Psychiatric Evaluations: Another humor attempt. The Valar need suggestions on where to place the battle worn inhabitants of Middle Earth now that the Third Age is over.

Ringspell: (Guest written) The power of the ring overtakes Aragorn and Frodo.

Tentacles: (Guest written)  Erester encounters a monster from the deep and Glorfindel helps fight it.  Dark, pervy and loving Elves, too.

Sound of Silver Trumpets: The Fellowship gets separated before Lothlorien. Boromir’s feelings for Aragorn are all he has to fight the effects of the ring. From the mines of Moria, to the white city… this is a dark story of love, hate, deception and… healing.  It has two different endings.

You Cannot Protect Him: (guest written)  Someone has taken the ring… Faramir/Boromir… very dark AU

Dark before the Dawn: A work in progress. First chapter up. Sauron is in control of Middle Earth. Elves and Hobbits are all but gone, killed or enslaved. Gandolf has a plan for defeating Sauron, and he needs all the help he can find.

In the Dark: (guest written): Sam has never liked the dark. Now, in Shelob’s lair, he must face it with Frodo.

The Contest: Here is the only sort of fem-slash story, just a short PWP. Two beautiful Elven ladies compete, and one blond Hobbit gets in the middle. F/F/M

Final Fantasy VII

Enemy Mine: Cloud/Sepiroth Final Fantasy VII flashback story and subsequent AU. After Zack saves Cloud from Hojo, they get separated while Cloud’s memories are still fried. Cloud wanders to the Midgar slums and ends up enslaved. There he encounters Sephiroth, who is just recovering, as these two were never meant to meet. What could it possibly change? Maybe nothing, maybe… everything?

On Cloud Two: Wayyyy back. When Cloud disappears during a mission, Zack realizes he has much to learn, and looks to Sephorith to teach him, but sometimes lessons come from directions least expected. Zack/Seph/Cloud YAOI-VIOLENCE (This is a work in progress)
